Bitcoin ETFs Record $999 M Inflow as Price Surpasses $86 K

U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange‑traded funds (ETFs) logged a net inflow of $998.95 million on Monday, the biggest single‑day amount recorded in 2026. The surge coincided with Bitcoin trading above $86,000, reinforcing the link between price momentum and institutional demand.

Bitcoin ETF inflows by fund

• BlackRock IBIT: $381.37 million
• ARK & 21Shares ARKB: $289.12 million
• Fidelity FBTC: $238.84 million
• Morgan Stanley MSBT: $61.67 million
• Bitwise BITB: $21.56 million
• Grayscale GBTC: $3.34 million
• Bitcoin Mini Trust: $3.06 million

All Bitcoin ETFs posted positive flows; none recorded an outflow. Daily trading volume in the sector reached $4.57 billion and total net assets rose to $110.14 billion.

Ether ETFs also see strong demand

• BlackRock ETHA: $110.06 million
• Fidelity FETH: $72.96 million
• Grayscale Ether Mini Trust: $59.30 million
• BlackRock ETHB: $12.80 million

Eight Ether funds together attracted $269.98 million, pushing net assets above $17.82 billion and daily trading to $1.16 billion.

Other crypto ETFs gain modest inflows

• Solana ETFs: $26.10 million (Bitwise BSOL $14.44 million, Grayscale GSOL $7.80 million)
• Zcash ETFs: $2.36 million (Grayscale ZCSH)
• HYPE ETFs: $2.82 million (21Shares THYP, Grayscale HYPG)
• XRP ETFs: no net flow, assets unchanged at $1.62 billion

Investor sentiment shift

Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart noted that the average Bitcoin ETF holder’s cost basis is now around $81,722 per BTC, below the current market price. This marks the first time since January that ETF investors are broadly in profit, potentially supporting further inflows.
