Bitfinex Securities Launches Tokenized Notes for Strategy, Metaplanet and Other Bitcoin‑Focused Companies

Bitfinex Securities, the tokenized‑asset arm of the Bitfinex exchange, announced the listing of five new tokenized notes on September 1. The notes provide synthetic exposure to publicly traded companies that hold large Bitcoin treasuries, including Strategy and Metaplanet, without granting direct share ownership.

Each note is issued through ORO (II), a Luxembourg‑based securitization fund managed by SICOS Securities, and is backed by the underlying shares held with regulated financial institutions.

Investors receive price movements of the underlying shares but do not obtain voting rights, direct custody, or the typical protections of holding equity through a traditional brokerage.
