Bitget Wallet to List Reality’s Tokenized U.S. Stocks and ETFs

Bitget’s self‑custodial wallet will add Reality’s rTokens on Arbitrum and Morph from Sept. 15, expanding its tokenized‑equity catalog to over 1,700 assets.

Bitget Wallet announced that it will list tokenized U.S. stocks and exchange‑traded funds issued by Reality starting Sept. 15. The new assets, called rTokens, will be available on the Arbitrum and Morph networks, joining existing tokenized‑equity issuers Ondo and xStocks.

Scope of the listing

The integration adds more than 1,700 tokenized stocks and ETFs to the wallet. Reality’s catalog alone includes over 600 U.S. equities and ETFs, representing roughly 95 % of U.S. market trading volume.

How rTokens work

Each rToken is backed one‑to‑one by the underlying U.S. share held at Alpaca Securities, a FINRA‑registered broker‑dealer. Reserves are attested daily, and orders are routed to Nasdaq and NYSE during market hours. Available examples include rNVDA, rTSLA, rAAPL, rAMZN, rSPY and rQQQ.

Custody and dividends

Users retain control of their private keys. Dividends are paid in stablecoins after a 30 % tax withholding and automatically converted to USDT. Corporate actions such as stock splits are reflected automatically.

Regulatory and geographic limits

Reality describes rTokens as unregistered securities available only to eligible non‑U.S. persons in permitted jurisdictions. Bitget lists licences for South Africa, New Zealand and El Salvador.

Market impact

With a user base exceeding 100 million, Bitget’s listing could become one of the widest retail distribution channels for tokenized equities. The platform’s native token BGB was trading around $1.93 on Sept. 14.
