The Bitcoin was bought at an average price of €67,182 per coin. Swissquote Bank Europe executed the trade and Taurus provided custody services. The acquisition follows a capital raise of roughly €30.1 million, which included a private placement backed by investors Adam Back and TOBAM.
Impact on Capital B’s treasury
With this transaction, Capital B’s cumulative spend on Bitcoin reaches €309.4 million, at an average cost of €87,878 per BTC. The firm now ranks 25th among publicly traded companies by Bitcoin holdings, according to BitcoinTreasuries.net. It also holds 61 BTC for operational purposes, which are excluded from performance metrics.
Comparison with peers
The purchase is Capital B’s largest since September 2025, when it bought 551 BTC for €54.7 million. The new total puts Capital B 15 BTC ahead of Sweden‑based H100 Group, which holds 3,506 BTC, but both remain behind Germany’s Bitcoin Group SE with 3,605 BTC.
