The placement was priced at €0.58 per ABSA unit, each comprising one ordinary share and four subscription warrants. Notable participants included BlockStream founder and Bitcoin‑focused blockchain developer Adam Back and asset manager TOBAM.
Potential additional capital
If all warrants are exercised, Capital B could receive an extra €135.8 million ($158 million) by issuing 144,876,280 ordinary shares. The company may trigger an accelerated warrant exercise period if its share price exceeds 130 % of the warrant exercise price over the prior 20 trading days.

The funds will be directed toward the acquisition of 270 BTC, raising the firm’s total Bitcoin balance to 3,415 BTC.

With 3,139 BTC valued at under $249 million, Capital B ranks as the 29th largest publicly traded Bitcoin treasury company, behind Bitcoin Group SE (3,605 BTC) and far below Strategy (843,775 BTC).

Earlier in June, Capital B proposed a capital increase of up to €5 billion through the issuance of 125 billion shares and €116 billion in credit instruments, a resolution that passed with 99.34 % approval.
