Kamui Finance Launches Three On‑Chain Real‑World Asset Vaults

Kamui Finance announced the live deployment of three on‑chain real‑world asset (RWA) vaults built on Ethereum. The vaults are integrated with DigiFT, Centrifuge, Midas and Ondo, providing a single operational layer that handles issuer onboarding, fund flows, settlement, NAV calculation and reporting.

Vault Types and Asset Exposure

• Stable – Holds tokenized US Treasury bills and money‑market funds for high liquidity and modest income.
• Balanced – Diversifies across multiple asset classes, including private credit and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), to balance yield and liquidity.
• Boosted – Combines private‑credit exposure with DeFi liquidity to target the highest returns, accepting higher risk.

Operational Benefits

The platform abstracts the fragmented onboarding processes of individual RWA issuers into a standardized infrastructure. Fintechs, neobanks, wallet providers and market venues can connect once to Kamui’s layer and gain access to a curated index of eligible tokenized assets without building separate integrations.

Risk Management

All vaults incorporate AML controls at the vault level and disclose exposure to smart‑contract, liquidity and issuer‑credit risks. The Boosted vault may employ leverage, amplifying both potential gains and losses.

Team and Partnerships

Kamui’s team includes former professionals from Goldman Sachs, OKX, Kraken and Emurgo. Partnerships with DigiFT and other infrastructure providers aim to broaden on‑chain portfolio construction for institutional investors.

Access and Availability

Initial total value locked (TVL) is in the six‑figure range. Access is limited to professional, sophisticated investors in eligible jurisdictions, with additional compliance restrictions for certain regions.
