Expansion to stocks and ETFs

Coinbase added U.S. stocks and exchange‑traded funds to its AI‑agent offering the week of Sept. 22. The new menu includes thousands of listed securities, fractional shares from $1, and zero‑commission trading via Coinbase Capital Markets Corp. Agents can be set up in as few as three clicks from any supported model.

Incentives for bot creators

Coinbase’s Grok Bot Creator Rewards program began paying developers for bot usage. Creators receive bi‑weekly payouts through X Money; one reported payment was $500 for the first two weeks. Eligibility requires posting about the bot on X at least twice per pay period and having an X Money account.
