Broadridge Extends Digital Asset Platform to U.S. Wealth Firms
Broadridge has expanded its digital asset platform to U.S. wealth firms, integrating crypto and tokenized securities with existing systems.

Broadridge Financial Solutions announced that its digital‑asset infrastructure is now available to U.S. broker‑dealers, registered investment advisers and wealth managers. The rollout follows a similar launch in Canada earlier this year.
Integrated crypto and tokenized assets
The platform, branded DLX, lets firms place cryptocurrencies, tokenized equities, investment funds, private‑asset tokens and other digital securities alongside traditional holdings. Clients can connect DLX to their own record‑keeping systems or third‑party platforms, preserving downstream functions such as tax reporting, confirmations, statements and regulatory reporting.
Infrastructure partners
Anchorage Digital and Galaxy Digital are the first custodial and market‑infrastructure providers supporting the U.S. expansion. Anchorage will supply institutional custody and settlement capabilities, while Galaxy contributes market‑liquidity and governance tools.
Governance and on‑chain services
Broadridge’s system includes on‑chain governance features for tokenized equities, enabling proxy voting, corporate actions and regulatory disclosures within existing workflows. The platform can connect to the DTCC Tokenization Service and supports multiple blockchain networks with programmable smart‑contract tools.
Underlying tokenization engine
The new offering builds on Broadridge’s Distributed Ledger Repo (DLR) system, which processes more than $351 billion in tokenized real‑asset transactions daily. Recent internal data show daily volumes of $365 billion in July, a 28 % year‑over‑year increase.
Market outlook
In a July Tokenization Pulse survey, 84 % of senior financial‑services decision‑makers in the U.S. and Canada said tokenization is strategically important, and 69 % plan to combine tokenized capabilities with existing infrastructure rather than create separate systems.
