Raydium LaunchLab expands to support any token pair on Solana

Raydium announced that its LaunchLab platform now allows newly launched tokens to be paired with any supported quote token on Solana, removing the fixed‑pair structure used by many launch platforms.

New flexible pairing model

The upgrade lets creators select any quote token for a LaunchLab deployment, enabling markets to be built around assets beyond the standard quote tokens. Raydium describes the feature as the ability to launch “any token, paired with any quote token.”

First integration: StonkFun

LaunchOnSF’s StonkFun platform is the first to deploy the new model. Integration required changes to Raydium’s programs, aggregators and trading terminals to support custom quote and reward tokens.

Cost and fee improvements

• Deployment costs on StonkFun fell from 0.29 SOL to 0.03 SOL.
• Liquidity provider fees can be redirected back into liquidity pools.

Impact on memecoin trading

Raydium says the upgrade will bring deeper liquidity and lower fees for memecoin trading. StonkFun reported over $392 million in total trading volume, with roughly $219 million routed through Raydium.

Background on LaunchLab

LaunchLab was first disclosed by Raydium in March 2025 after Pump.fun moved to its own PumpSwap exchange. The platform originally offered customizable bonding curves and a 1 % trading fee, with a portion of fees used to buy back RAY.

Raydium’s position in Solana DEXs

Despite growing competition, Raydium remains a leading Solana execution venue, processing hundreds of billions of dollars in DEX volume throughout 2025 and maintaining a significant share of daily spot volume in 2026.
