Details of the Bitcoin Purchase

The acquisition occurred between Sept. 14 and Sept. 20 at an average price of $79,670 per coin, including fees. The total cost of the Bitcoin portfolio now stands at $63.80 billion, giving the position an unrealized gain of roughly $8.05 billion.

Concurrent STRC Preferred Stock Repurchases

During the same week Strategy spent $174 million to repurchase approximately 1.77 million shares of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC). This amount is more than double the cash allocated to Bitcoin in the period.

Cash Management

All funding came from Strategy’s existing cash balance; no shares were issued through at‑the‑market (ATM) programs. Deployable USD cash fell to $1.05 billion, down nearly 20 % from a week earlier, while the USD reserve decreased slightly to $5.04 billion.

In a separate filing, Strive (ASST) disclosed a purchase of 1,355 BTC, bringing its treasury to 26,355 BTC, keeping it among the largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders.
