NoOnes shifts to withdrawal‑only mode after EU sanctions list impacts platform
The crypto exchange NoOnes entered a withdrawal‑only state, urging users to empty their accounts by Aug. 23 as EU sanctions listed a related entity, cutting off most services.

NoOnes announced that it will operate in withdrawal‑only mode, allowing users to sign in, view balances and withdraw funds but disabling all other functionalities.
Sanctions trigger and timeline
On Aug. 23 the European Union added “NoOnecrypto INC.” to Annex XLV Part A, a list that bans direct or indirect transactions with the named entities. The sanction notice does not name the NoOnes brand or its current operator, but the platform says the listing prevents it from maintaining essential partners.
Withdrawal options and guidance
Users can still withdraw Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network and USDT on the Tron blockchain (TRC‑20). NoOnes warned that receiving exchanges or services might delay, reject, or restrict transfers, and advised customers to confirm acceptance before sending funds.
Service shutdowns
- P2P marketplace closed on Aug. 21 at 23:59 UTC.
- Bitcoin Lightning, all USDT networks except TRC‑20, Swap, Visa, crypto off‑ramps, gift cards, partner payouts and new registrations were disabled.
Impact on users
The platform served more than 2.5 million users over three years. Accounts placed on hold will be moved to a “banned” status, which blocks trading but keeps sign‑in and withdrawal access until the transition is complete. NoOnes has not set a date for when the withdrawal‑only mode will end.
