Reasons for Canada’s Ranking

ZachXBT alleges that Canadian law enforcement often refuses to act on evidence of crypto crimes, even when presented with detailed reports. He cites instances where police seized assets from innocent users on the Tradeogre platform, unable to differentiate illicit from legitimate activity.

Impact on Victim Support

Following these observations, ZachXBT announced he will no longer assist victims from Canada and plans to block access to his support services for countries he deems “low‑quality.”
