Portal Ventures has closed its second fund, elevating $75 million to put money into pre-seed Web3 startups.
The fund consists of backing from traders equivalent to a16z’s Marc Andreessen and Chris Dixon, together with the contribution of funds of funds, together with Accolade Companions, Theta Capital, and CrossLayer Capital.
