    Russia finance ministry official floats nation making personal stablecoins: Report

    A Russian finance ministry official has reportedly stated the nation needs to be creating its personal stablecoin after a current freeze on wallets linked to the sanctioned Russian alternate Garantex by US authorities and stablecoin issuer Tether.
