The Financial institution of Russia has printed its first draft guidelines for the nation’s incoming cryptocurrency laws, together with capital necessities for firms that maintain and document digital belongings.

Digital depositories

Settlement depositories face the highest tier at 250 million rubles.

Liquidity requirements
