Russian authorities have positioned Telegram founder Pavel Durov on a world needed checklist as they escalate a legal case accusing him of facilitating terrorist exercise.
Russia’s Federal Safety Service (FSB) stated on Wednesday that it had charged Durov with facilitating terrorist exercise and issued a world warrant for his arrest, native information company Interfax reported.
