On Thursday, Wintermute introduced its affiliate Wintermute USA LLC has registered with the US Securities and Alternate Fee and the Monetary Business Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The registration permits Wintermute USA to commerce shares and inventory choices and act as a licensed participant for exchange-traded merchandise “together with these tied to digital belongings.”
