Justin Mateen, a director of the board at American Bitcoin (ABTC), the mining firm backed by U.S. President Donald Trump’s household, bought almost $1.93 million value of the corporate’s inventory over two consecutive buying and selling classes this week, following the corporate’s newest earnings report.
Based on regulatory filings, Mateen purchased about 145,000 Class A shares on Aug. 5 for roughly $925,000 at a median worth of $6.40 per share. He adopted that with the acquisition of about 162,000 shares on Aug. 6 for about $1 million at a median worth of $6.19 per share.
Mixed, the purchases amounted to 306,981 shares for about $1.93 million.
Following the transactions, Mateen beneficially owns 492,297 shares of American Bitcoin’s Class A standard inventory, reflecting changes made after the corporate’s current reverse inventory break up.
Mateen is a co-founder of Tinder and an ABTC board member since March 2025.
