A bunch of JENNER memecoin consumers sued Caitlyn Jenner, claiming she made “false and deceptive statements” concerning the token, which they allege is an unregistered safety.
A bunch of memecoin consumers has filed a proposed class-action lawsuit in opposition to former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner, accusing her of promoting the celeb token as an unregistered safety.
Naeem Azad and Mihai Caluseru, respectively residents of the UK and Romania, filed the grievance to a California federal court docket on Nov. 13, alleging Jenner and her supervisor Sophia Hutchins “fraudulently solicited financially unsophisticated buyers all through america and overseas to buy the unregistered securities.”
They claimed to have misplaced over $56,000 from shopping for JENNER on Ethereum and Solana, including they wouldn’t have “had it not been for the false and deceptive statements and omissions made by Jenner.”
