Bitfinex Securities lists five tokenized Bitcoin treasury products
Bitfinex Securities has listed five tokenized products tied to four publicly traded Bitcoin treasury companies and Strategy’s STRC preferred stock. The notes provide economic exposure to Strategy, Metaplanet, H100, Capital B, and STRC.

Bitfinex Securities announced the addition of five tokenized securities that give investors economic exposure to publicly traded companies that hold Bitcoin as part of their corporate treasuries. The products are the first tokenized Bitcoin‑treasury securities to be admitted to secondary trading on a regulated tokenized‑securities exchange.
Products and underlying assets
The five notes are issued through separate compartments of ORO (II), a Luxembourg umbrella securitization fund managed by SICOS Securities. Each note is backed by 100 shares of the underlying common or preferred stock, which are held by regulated custodians.
- CMSTR – tracks Strategy (Nasdaq‑listed MSTR) common equity.
- STRCst – tracks Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (STRC).
- CMPTL – tracks Metaplanet (Tokyo‑listed) common equity.
- CH100 – tracks H100 Group (Sweden) common equity.
- CALCPB – tracks Capital B (France) common equity.
Trading and settlement
All five tokens are issued on the Liquid Network, a Bitcoin sidechain that supports asset issuance, settlement and compliance. Eligible investors can trade the notes against U.S. dollars, Tether’s USDT stablecoin, or Bitcoin. Each product has its own eligibility rules and minimum‑investment requirements.
Regulatory approval
The notes were approved by El Salvador’s Comisión Nacional de Activos Digitales (CNAD) and are listed on Bitfinex Securities’ regulated platforms in El Salvador and Kazakhstan’s Astana International Financial Centre. The platform’s registry lists Bitfinex Securities as PSAD‑0001, with registration dating to October 2023.
Market impact
Bitfinex Securities said the tokenized assets now total more than $500 million. The addition of equity‑linked tokens expands the platform’s offering beyond its earlier focus on tokenized debt and Treasury‑linked products.
Future pipeline
The exchange plans to list additional tokenized securities, including a gold fund, private‑credit notes for Bitcoin mining, and a U.S. money‑market fund.
