Bitfinex Securities lists tokenized notes tied to Strategy, Metaplanet
Five equity-backed notes issued through Luxembourg’s ORO II fund will trade against dollars, USDT and Bitcoin for eligible non-US investors.

Bitfinex Securities, the tokenized investment platform linked to the Bitfinex exchange, has added five tokenized notes to its marketplace. The notes give eligible non‑U.S. investors exposure to publicly traded Bitcoin treasury companies and related assets.
Products and Underlying Assets
The newly listed notes track the economic performance of shares in:
- Strategy
- Metaplanet
- Sweden’s H100 Group
- France’s Capital B
In addition, Bitfinex Securities listed Strategy’s variable‑rate perpetual preferred stock (ticker STRC).
Tokenization Structure
All notes were issued through ORO II, a Luxembourg‑based umbrella securitization fund managed by SICOS Securities. The underlying securities are held with regulated financial institutions, but token holders do not receive direct ownership of the underlying company shares.
Trading Details
Fractional exposure starts at roughly $1, and the tokens can be traded against three settlement assets:
- U.S. dollar (USD)
- Tether USDt (USDT)
- Bitcoin (BTC)
Access is limited to eligible investors and excludes U.S. persons.
Platform Growth
The listings follow a $50 million tokenized capital raise for metals company Alkemya in August, bringing Bitfinex Securities’ total listed assets to over $500 million.
