Boyaa Interactive raises Bitcoin holdings to 4,316 BTC

Boyaa Interactive International Limited announced that it bought approximately 205 Bitcoin between June 24 and September 4, spending about $14.3 million. The acquisition lifts the company’s Bitcoin treasury to roughly 4,316 BTC, at an average cost of $68,280 per coin.

Funding and transaction details

The purchases were funded with cash generated from Boyaa’s operating business and executed on regulated, licensed trading platforms. Prices were based on prevailing market bids and asks. Because the new holdings represent between 5% and 25% of the company’s total assets, the transactions are disclosed under Hong Kong listing rules.

Planned deployment of Bitcoin

Boyaa intends to allocate more than 1,700 BTC from its treasury to a range of Web3 initiatives, including:

• Staking on Boyaa Network (1,000 BTC) to support network security.
• Staking on MTT Network (1,000 BTC) and a 25% equity stake in MTT Sports, together with 100 BTC and about 4.18 million USDT.
• Liquidity provision for the YAAKO Wallet bridge (500 BTC now, another 500 BTC planned for 2026‑2027).
• In‑game rewards for the upcoming Pet Land title (100 BTC) and additional network staking (1,000 BTC) in 2026.
• Investments in other Web3 projects (100‑300 BTC) through 2028.

Historical context

Earlier in 2025, Boyaa bought about 290 BTC for $32.9 million, raising its holdings to 3,670 BTC at an average cost of $62,878. In late 2024, the company converted 14,200 ETH into roughly 515 BTC, briefly making it Asia’s largest publicly listed corporate Bitcoin holder.

Security and custody

All Bitcoin is stored with institutional‑grade custodians, using offline cold‑storage, multisignature controls, hardware security modules and multiparty cryptographic approvals. Boyaa does not offer crypto trading or asset‑management services to third parties.
