Ripple Prime Launches Delta One Service for US Equity Derivatives
Ripple Prime’s new Delta One offering lets institutional investors trade total return swaps linked to US equities, indexes and digital assets, using a single counter‑party and cross‑margining.

Ripple Prime, the multi‑asset prime brokerage arm of Ripple, announced the launch of a Delta One service that expands its product suite into US equity derivatives. The service provides institutional clients with access to total return swaps (TRS) tied to US‑listed equities, indexes and digital assets.
What the Delta One Service Offers
Clients can obtain exposure to the returns of underlying assets without owning them, using total return swaps. The platform supports cross‑margining across the supported asset classes and operates around the clock with a single counter‑party.
Target Clients and Use Cases
The offering is aimed at hedge funds, asset managers and other financial institutions seeking efficient exposure to US equities, index benchmarks and digital assets.
Ripple Prime’s Existing Capabilities
Ripple Prime already provides prime brokerage, clearing and financing services for foreign exchange, derivatives, fixed income and digital assets. The firm reports having more than $1 billion in regulatory net capital.
Recent Funding and Expansion
- In August, Ripple Prime closed a $275 million private placement of senior unsecured notes to fund growth.
- In May, the firm secured a $200 million debt facility from funds managed by Neuberger Specialty Finance to expand its lending capacity for institutional clients.
Background
Ripple Prime was formed after Ripple completed a $1.25 billion acquisition of Hidden Road in October 2025 and rebranded the business.
