Two Prime launches $10 million‑backed bitcoin yield vault on Pareto
Two Prime expands into onchain finance with a bitcoin lending vault built on Pareto for institutional investors.

Digital‑asset financial services firm Two Prime has introduced a bitcoin lending vault on the Pareto platform, targeting institutional investors seeking on‑chain yield.
Vault structure and yields
The Axiom WBTC Yield Vault accepts wrapped bitcoin (WBTC) and aims to generate annual returns of 1.5% to 2% by lending to qualified institutional borrowers. The vault requires a minimum deposit of $250,000 in WBTC and opens with an initial capacity of 1,350 BTC (approximately $104 million). Returns are market‑dependent and not guaranteed.
Capital backing and custody
Two Prime has committed roughly $10 million of its own capital as first‑loss protection for the vault. Custody of the assets is provided by ICE Digital Trust and Copper Technologies, while distribution will be handled through BitGo’s Earn platform.
Target borrowers and infrastructure
The vault’s lending pool is intended for public companies, credit‑rated entities and diversified financial institutions. Pareto supplies the blockchain‑based private‑credit infrastructure that underpins the vault’s operations.
