The suspects – Michael Kehoe, Mohamad Nawafleh, Omar Alrawashdeh, Gamal Obaid, Emad Alrawashdeh, and Arlasa Davis – are charged with conspiracy to steal authorities funds and with misappropriating U.S. Division of Agriculture (USDA) advantages, amongst different expenses.
