The lawsuit comes on the heels of Solar’s personal lawsuit towards World Liberty, which was filed in a federal California courtroom, alleging World Liberty had unfairly frozen his skill to switch his WLFI tokens. In Monday’s swimsuit, World Liberty alleged that Solar-related entities purchased WLFI tokens for different buyers by straw purchases and will have “engaged in brief promoting” of the token.
World Liberty froze Solar’s WLFI tokens “to guard” itself “and the broader neighborhood in consequence, the lawsuit mentioned, including that Solar’s tweets complaining about his tokens being frozen comprise false or defamatory info.
