Circle Web Group, Inc. (CRCL), the issuer of USDC, the world’s second-largest stablecoin, introduced Friday that it secured a restricted function belief constitution from the New York Division of Monetary Companies (NYDFS).
The belief constitution is an official state banking authorization that permits the holder to legally present fiduciary, custody and asset-management providers underneath the New York Banking Legislation.
