The Folks’s Financial institution of China (PBOC) added Ping An Financial institution, Hengfeng Financial institution, China Bohai Financial institution, Financial institution of Shanghai, Financial institution of Hangzhou, Huishang Financial institution, Financial institution of Changsha and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Financial institution, in accordance with a Xinhua report revealed Monday on the federal government’s web site.
The banks will probably be related to the PBOC’s digital yuan system and start providing companies after finishing operational and technical preparations.
